Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking a supervisory professional to manage, train, and develop personnel at the West Liberty location. This role coordinates staffing, inventory control, and customer service while ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.

The position requires CDL with Hazmat endorsement, physical stamina to lift up to 70 lbs, and a readiness to work extended hours during peak periods. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years related work experience preferred.
• Must have CDL license with Hazmat endorsement and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 51–70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work hours beyond normal schedule for seasonal demands.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential for coordinating staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing, training and development of employees.
• Establish work schedules and duties with Location Manager to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and control people expenses and productivity against budget.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure proper documentation for all products.
• Manage store displays, pricing information and customer service quality.
• Develop and implement procedures for safe, orderly warehouse and equipment upkeep.
• Support sales staff by handling customer needs and service requests.
• Assist other locations as needed under supervision of Location Manager/GM.
