Job description

Elevate Search is partnering with a growing, startup class II medical device company in the wearable technology space to find a Head of Operations for its team. This is a NEW position due to company growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who has been involved from the ground floor at a prior startup medical device company and knows how to get from zero to one from an Operations perspective.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Medical Device experience
• Wearable/Handheld device experience
• Startup experience
• Prior experience working with CMs in Asia
• Supply Chain experience (nice to have, not required)
• 8+ years experience in manufacturing or operations
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus

This position reports directly to the CEO and is the ideal position for someone who wants to shape the manufacturing strategy from the ground up.

This position can be remote but travel both domestically and internationally is required (up to 25%). Company cannot offer Visa Sponsorships at this time.
