Job summary

Textron is offering a 2027 Internship in Operations Management at Mesa, AZ. You will support multiple functional areas within service, repair and maintenance operations and work on real projects alongside experienced professionals.

Summer internship is 40 hours per week for 10 weeks with a prepaid stipend. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Management, Business Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in controlling production output, costs and quality.
• Support production activities with Value Stream Leaders to meet schedules and delivery dates.
• Develop understanding of scheduling and priority of operations for second/third shifts.
• Report on status of repairs and address delays and parts shortages.
• Coordinate with Quality Control on disposition of inspections and defects.
