Job summary

Cardinal Health offers a 10-12 week Summer Internship Program designed for rising seniors to deliver real outcomes while gaining exposure to the healthcare industry. As an Operations Intern you’ll collaborate with site leaders on process improvements, document solutions, and support daily warehouse operations, with mentoring, workshops, and networking opportunities that prepare you for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field and expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and improvement techniques is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and able to work ~40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement new or improved processes.
• Document and present solutions to leadership to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
