Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited four-year college pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team or independently.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leader and Shift Leader with daily tasks, training, and development of subordinates.
• Support production staff to ensure product quality and customer requirements.
• Help maintain an environment conducive to retaining associates and ensure policy compliance.
• Rotate through multiple plant functions during training.
