The program is designed to accelerate learning, with mentorship, workshops, and travel to Perdue locations. Candidates must be enrolled in a four-year college and pursue a related degree, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited four-year college pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader and Shift Leader in daily tasks to meet operating, safety, and quality requirements.
• Assist production staff to ensure product quality and integrity.
• Maintain an environment conducive to retaining associates and enforce company policies.
• Rotate through various plant functions during training.
