Job summary

Excellent Excel and MS Office skills are preferred, with strong organizational and communication abilities. Ideal candidates are rising juniors or seniors in Management, Logistics, or related business fields; an Associate’s degree or two years of admin experience are

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Management/Logistics or related business degree.
• Associate’s Degree or at least 2 years of admin experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF).
• Strong prioritization, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle recycling requests and coordinate vendor drop-offs/pick-ups.
• Issue purchase orders for recycling services to vendors.
• Track recycling activity in Excel and monitor lamp recycling vs purchases.
• Generate purchase orders and process invoices accurately and timely.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
• Support procurement managers and flag potential issues.
• Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
