Responsibilities

• Assist with material planning requirements, issuing purchase orders and expediting orders
• Develop new processes and document procedures
• Manage inventory and reorder points based on schedules
• Prepare reports and communications as requested
• Perform system data analysis, maintenance and clean-up
• Stage orders and create stockroom pick lists
• Coordinate with manufacturing departments to ensure schedule compliance
• Analyze material demand and parts shortages affecting schedules and capacity
• Assist supervisors with disposition of rejected material and bottleneck analysis
• Maintain data records in planning systems and establish production schedules
