Job summary

Trane Technologies invites students to apply for a 12-week summer internship, offering exposure to Lean Production, Planning Strategy, and other operations areas.

Interns will gain leadership training, network with senior leaders, and may interview for Accelerated Development Programs or full-time roles after the internship. On-site work five days a week with full benefits and relocation flexibility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Applied Science Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business with Supply Chain Emphasis, or Supply Chain Management.
• GPA at or above 3.0 required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week summer internship with assignments in Lean Production, Planning Strategy, Operational Excellence, Ergonomics & Safety, Sourcing/Procurement, Material Handling, or related areas.
• Opportunities to interview for full-time post-graduate programs or direct hire opportunities.
