Trane Technologies is offering a 12-week summer internship for students pursuing a BS/BA in Engineering or related fields, with a focus on operations and supply chain. The program provides leadership training, exposure to senior leaders, and opportunities to network while performing varied assignments across Lean Production, Planning Strategy, and Safety.

You will be part of an on-site internship with potential pathways to full-time Accelerated Development Programs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Applied Science Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business with Supply Chain Emphasis, or Supply Chain Management with GPA at or above 3.0.
• Minimum Work Experience: At least one internship or work experience.
• U.S. citizen or have legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Work on Lean Production, Planning Strategy and Operational Excellence projects.
• Assist in Sourcing/Procurement cycles and Material Handling tasks.
• Contribute to Productivity Generation & Tracking initiatives.
