Regal Rexnord is seeking high-performing students to join our Operations Internship Program in Lincoln, Missouri. This ~11-week, fully onsite internship offers exposure to manufacturing, distribution, and planning operations with hands-on projects.
Top interns may be considered for Regal Rexnord's Early Career Operations Rotational Program after graduation, with rotational assignments across key functions and multiple U.S. locations. Relocation is part of the program.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field with graduation within the next year.
- Rising senior with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership through work, school, athletics or extracurriculars.
- Interest in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain and operational excellence.
- Willingness to relocate for future career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or planning operations.
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze operational data to support business decisions.
- Present project results and recommendations to site leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations and supply chain.
