Are you a rising senior interested in launching a career in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations leadership? Regal Rexnord is seeking high-performing students to join our Operations Internship Program, designed to develop future participants for our Early Career Rotational Program.

As an Operations Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or planning environment while working on a meaningful business project that delivers measurable results. You will partner with operations leaders, learn continuous improvement principles, and develop the skills needed for future operational leadership roles.

What You'll Do

• Support manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or planning operations.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Expected to graduate within the next year (rising senior).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership through work, school, athletics, or extracurricular activities.
• Interest in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and operational excellence.
• Willingness to relocate for future career opportunities.

Early Career Program Opportunity

Top‑performing interns may be considered for Regal Rexnord’s Early Career Operations Rotational Program upon graduation. This two‑year leadership development program includes rotational assignments across Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) functions at multiple U.S. locations. Relocation is an essential component of the program and provides participants with broad operational experience and accelerated career growth.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
