Regal Rexnord is seeking high-performing students to join our Operations Internship Program in Lincoln, Missouri. This ~11-week, fully onsite internship offers exposure to manufacturing, distribution, and planning operations with hands-on projects.

Top interns may be considered for Regal Rexnord's Early Career Operations Rotational Program after graduation, with rotational assignments across key functions and multiple U.S. locations. Relocation is part of the program.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Early Career Program Opportunity

Top-performing interns may be considered for Regal Rexnord's Early Career Operations Rotational Program upon graduation. This two-year leadership development program includes rotational assignments across Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) functions at multiple U.S. locations. Relocation is an essential component of the program and provides participants with broad operational experience and accelerated career growth.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
