Invesco invites driven students to join a 9-week Summer Internship Program in Houston, starting June 2027. You will work alongside talented teams to learn the business, gain hands-on experience, and receive one-on-one mentorship.

Successful interns may be considered for a full-time Early Career Program after graduation. You will participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities while building professional skills and a network within a global

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with graduation in spring/summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• All majors welcome with emphasis on Operations, Business, Finance, and Information Systems.
• Demonstrates leadership, initiative and interpersonal skills; ambitious and creative demeanor.
• Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities, organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn Invesco’s business model and growth strategy across product, investment, sales, operations and corporate services.
• Develop professional skills and networking across the organization and industry.
• Immerse in a modern business environment to bridge college and a professional career.
• Participate in cultural, operations and management training.
• Support cross-functional operational initiatives with data analysis, reporting and documentation.
• Build core capabilities like analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem solving, and technical proficiency.
• Participate in meetings with Early Careers operations team and contribute ideas for positive change.
• Develop technical aptitude, business insight and collaborative abilities through various project experiences.
