Job summary

Invesco offers a 9-week Summer Internship in Marketing (Email Team) in Atlanta. You will gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, reporting, and analytics while mentored by professionals across DCAT, Marketing, Analytics and Technology.

This program can lead to a full-time offer through the Early Career Program after graduation, with orientations, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities designed to build lasting connections.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating in spring/summer of 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• All majors welcomed with emphasis on Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in email marketing, digital marketing, or marketing technology.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with data, reporting, and presentations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; AI tools a plus.
• Must work in Invesco’s Atlanta office.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
• Relocation/housing not included if offer extended.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced email marketing team, assisting with campaign execution, reporting, project coordination, and team priorities.
• Assist with email testing, QA reviews, campaign samples, and other activities that support successful deployments.
• Help prepare, organize, and analyze campaign performance reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support project management activities, including maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, and documenting key actions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members across DCAT, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and more on various initiatives and special projects.
• Partner in team meetings, contribute to assigned projects, and present findings or recommendations.
• Gain hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, campaign processes, data analysis, and marketing operations.
