Job summary

Heartland Co-op in Reinbeck, IA is seeking a reliable grain/agribusiness facility worker to receive, load, unload and store commodities. You will operate equipment, assist with scale, and help maintain accurate inventory and records.

Responsibilities include preparing trailers, loading trucks and railcars, monitoring temperature and storage conditions, and performing routine maintenance and housekeeping across elevators, mills and warehouses. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store commodities and products into the facility.
• Load and unload trucks/trailers with products using equipment and by hand.
• Assist with scale operation and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping in elevators, mills, warehouses and shops.
• Prepare trailers and railcars for loading; monitor storage conditions and logs.
