Job summary

ORION Concrete is seeking a field-oriented position to learn and assist in ongoing and new projects at one or more ORION Concrete jobsites in Dallas, TX. You’ll work as part of the project crew alongside supervisors to understand concrete construction processes and craft coordination, contributing to timely, safe project completion.

Responsibilities include assisting engineers, preparing costs, interpreting plans, and supporting safety initiatives while growing within the project management

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn concrete construction processes.
• Ability to perform essential functions safely and follow procedures.
• Ability to wear and use PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in field operations at ORION Concrete jobsites under supervision.
• Help ensure successful completion of ongoing or new field projects.
• Understand coordination between crafts and project roles for efficient execution.
• Support Project Superintendent, Project Engineer or Field Engineer in daily tasks.
• Assist in development of bid proposals and cost estimates for projects.
• Maintain safety compliance and contribute to a safe work environment.
