Responsibilities

• Assist in all facets of the company when needed.
• Perform utility work such as modifications of Guest and Employee areas.
• Perform pre-season preparations of outside areas and maintenance-related tasks.
• Opening and closing all outside activities and parking lots.
• Bring suggestions on how to automate and improve processes.
• Oversight and approving some company-wide purchases.
• Communicate with Upper Management to improve operations.
• Work closely with the President/CEO and VP of Finance to implement policies.
