Job summary

Amgen is offering an Operations Graduate Program internship for Summer 2027. You will work on an internship project within Operations across multiple sub-functions, gaining exposure to core business priorities and leadership development.

The 13-week program includes mentoring, coaching, and virtual interactions with senior leaders, plus an in-person week at Amgen’s Thousand Oaks headquarters for networking and training.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program for an MBA internship OR a Master’s program for a Master’s internship OR a PharmD program for a PharmD internship OR Ph.D. for a PhD internship from an accredited college or university and completion of the first year of MBA OR Master’s OR Pharm D OR Ph.D. program before the internship starts.

Responsibilities

• Complete an internship project within the Operations function addressing core priorities.
• Participate in mentoring, coaching, and experiential learning opportunities.
• Attend an in-person week at Amgen’s Thousand Oaks, CA headquarters for professional development.
