Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Operations Intern for a 10-week summer program beginning June 7, 2027. You will rotate through distribution centers in Corona and Fontana, CA, gaining hands-on exposure to multiple supply chain disciplines.

You’ll work with a mentor, lead small projects, and report outcomes to leadership. Applicants should be pursuing relevant degrees and be prepared to work various shifts during the internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics, or related fields.
• Graduation within one year of internship completion.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of various supply chain functions.
• Interact with hourly team members and senior leadership.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and processes.
• Report findings to team members and management.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and lead a team.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings and prepare presentations.
• Be flexible to work across shifts including mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Participate in internship training activities and rotational assignments.
• Develop business acumen across all departments.
• Contribute to an inclusive, safe, and diverse culture.
