Job summary

Arcadia Financial Group is seeking a Fall internship to gain hands-on experience across operations, onboarding, and internal initiatives. The role reports to the Director of People and Culture / Administrative Team and requires onsite presence at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing onboarding materials and training resources.
  • Support new hire logistics by preparing office space, materials, and setup to create a welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Support planning and execution of internal events and team initiatives.
  • Assist with logistics including scheduling, materials, vendor coordination, and setup.
  • Help ensure events are organized, timely, and aligned with team experience goals.
  • Assist in drafting, formatting, and updating SOPs and other documentation using internal templates.
  • Contribute to ongoing operational improvements and process consistency.
  • Provide front desk coverage on an as-needed basis (greeting guests, answering phones, directing inquiries).
  • Assist with general office organization and upkeep to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Provide support to multiple departments as needed to assist with operational execution.
  • Gain exposure to how different areas of the business collaborate and function.

Position Overview

This internship supports day-to-day operations, team experience, and internal initiatives across the organization.


The role works closely with leadership and team members to help ensure smooth execution of internal processes and initiatives. It’s designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and interested in gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Team Experience Support

  • Assist in preparing onboarding materials and training resources
