Role Responsibilities
  • Department:
    • Participate in assignments in different departments such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and IT to gain an understanding of the business.
    • Assist in departmental projects, providing support and contributing ideas to enhance project outcomes.
  • Project Assistance:
    • Support team members in executing day‑to‑day tasks and long‑term projects.
    • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports to aid in decision‑making processes.
  • Skill Development:
    • Engage in training sessions and workshops to develop professional skills relevant to the industry.
    • Receive mentorship and feedback to foster personal and professional growth.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform administrative duties as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing documents, and maintaining records.
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, ensuring clarity and efficiency in task execution.
Education
  • Required Education:
    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Preferred Education:
    • Relevant coursework or projects that demonstrate applicable skills and knowledge.
Experience / Skills / Abilities
  • Experience:
    • Previous internship or work experience in a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with industry‑specific software is a plus.

Job Expectations / Working Conditions
