Responsibilities

• Rotate through different areas of operations to gain exposure to various functions within the logistics industry.
• Work alongside our teams to gain hands-on experience with LTL, carrier relationships, and transportation operations.
• Assist with identifying and developing new transportation opportunities and lanes.
• Learn how to communicate and build relationships with carriers and transportation partners.
• Gain experience understanding market conditions, evaluating transportation options, and supporting lane negotiations.
• Research and identify new carrier and truck driver opportunities to help support our growing network.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand how operations work together to support customers and BBI Logistics.
• Take on meaningful projects and responsibilities that directly contribute to the success of the operations team.

What You’ll Be Doing.
