Job summary

AllView Real Estate seeks a hands-on VP of Operations in Newport Beach, CA. You will own the P&L, lead financial forecasting, and run the EOS-based operations engine with a strong emphasis on execution and scalability.

This on-site leadership role reports to the founder and collaborates across property management, brokerage, and construction teams. You will build systems, guide strategic initiatives, and solve day-to-day issues on the ground, ensuring growth is steady and well-managed through

Qualifications

• Five or more years of operational leadership in a growth-stage or founder-led company.
• Experience scaling a service business, including growth in headcount and revenue.
• Proven ownership of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Direct EOS Integrator experience or similar operating system background.
• Hands-on problem solving while maintaining strategic oversight.
• Strong hiring, development, and performance management track record.
• Fluency with AI, automation, and modern software to improve operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; on-site in Newport Beach, CA.

Responsibilities

• Turn CEO vision into a one-year plan and 90-day priorities.
• Own the company P&L, monthly close, and budgeting discipline.
• Lead Level 10 meetings and quarterly Rocks planning with IDS.
• Scale operations and people systems as headcount grows.
• Design roles, reporting structures, and performance scorecards.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, owner reporting, and service delivery.
• Integrate new revenue lines and acquired portfolios.
