Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Lead Data Scientist to act as a business consultant, solving problems with data and delivering insights to optimize operations for 17 million members. You will pull, curate, and analyze data from enterprise platforms using SQL, Python, and ML techniques, partnering with stakeholders to drive efficiency and performance.

You will lead projects, mentor junior scientists, and work with data engineers to deploy scalable models and automated analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, CS, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of data science/analytics experience.
• Minimum 1 year leading projects or mentoring teams.
• Advanced SQL skills and large dataset analysis.
• Proficient Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data ecosystems.
• Experience deploying ML models in production.
• Experience creating dashboards with Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
