Placements24, a leading management consultancy, seeks an experienced Management Consultant to drive Operations and Performance Improvement initiatives in Upington, Northern Cape. You will diagnose operational challenges, design practical solutions, and implement strategies delivering measurable results for diverse client organizations.

You will lead projects across supply chain, manufacturing, and service delivery, facilitating workshops and engaging with client teams to ensure value realization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or operations consulting.
• Proven track record implementing performance improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational assessments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
• Lead projects to improve supply chain, manufacturing, service delivery, or other core operations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on performance improvement methodologies.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and client relationships for successful outcomes.
• Advise clients on best practices in operational management and continuous improvement.
• Support development of business cases for operational investments and changes.
