Job summary

Puttery in Charlotte is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead all facets of the venue’s operations, including hospitality services, food and beverage, training, facilities, and golf operations. You will report to the General Manager and champion Puttery’s standards daily.

You will develop and coach a diverse team, oversee inventory and labor, manage financial reporting, and ensure an engaging, safe, on-brand guest experience at all times.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a large team in a high-volume entertainment or food and beverage environment.
• Ability to read financial reports, budgets, and labor data to drive action.
• Able to recruit, motivate, develop, retain, and promote top talent.
• Work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Move about the facility and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain professional image and uphold brand standards with accountability.
