Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 3 years of Food and Beverage experience required.
• 5 years of prior management experience required.
• ServSafe Manager Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and discipline staff.
• Cash handling duties including tills, change fund, and deposits.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and selling standards are met.
• Maintain inventory and conduct regular stock audits.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, and quality of kart operations.
• Ensure staff adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate with corporate and maintain facility appearance.
