Job summary

Cinem Carousel in Muskegon, MI is seeking an Assistant Manager who can lead with a service-first mindset and model servant leadership. You will support the General Manager and help shape a safe, positive culture while delivering Celebrated service to guests and staff.

Key duties include overseeing box office, concessions, ushers, and events, organizing daily tasks, and ensuring smooth operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team accountability.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership experience preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Open availability and be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, and listen attentively.
• Ability to walk, stand and perform fast-paced mobility for entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee box office, ushering, concessions, group events, projection, guest relations, etc.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, healthy building for employees and guests.
• Complete daily paperwork and basic accounting.
• Model a guest-centric service culture and hold the team accountable.
• Ensure policies and employment laws are followed; attend meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
