Job summary

Syntony is seeking a Business Operations Intern in Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill. The internship runs December 2026–February 2027, requiring 10 hours per week with a stipend and coworking privileges.

Work is primarily remote with some in-person meetings in the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill area. You will work directly with the founder on operations, business development, and marketing, gaining practical experience while helping with internal processes, client research, and communications.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student.
• Available for 10 hours per week December 2026–February 2027.
• Strong writing, research and organizational skills.
• Professional communication with clarity and reliability.
• Interest in business and technology; eagerness to learn across ops, biz dev, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Operations: organize records, trackers and documentation; assist scheduling and day-to-day admin.
• Business development: research prospective clients/partners, draft briefs, assist follow-ups.
• Marketing: draft social posts, newsletters, website updates and communications.
• Projects and events: support planning and logistics for workshops and initiatives.
• Research and improvement: gather data to inform business decisions and suggest improvements.
• Weekly priorities: own tasks, report progress, flag blockers early.
