Job summary

Focus Partners is offering a 10-week Operations Associate Intern position in the Client Service Department, running June 8 – August 13, 2027. You will assist with money movement, account maintenance, and new account setup while ensuring clear communication with clients and custodians.

This role emphasizes problem-solving, initiative, and teamwork in a hybrid work environment. The internship provides onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities for full-time consideration based on performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to work in Focus Partners’ St. Louis office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to support shared goals and ensure seamless service.

• Communicate clearly with clients, custodians, and internal stakeholders.

• Support advisors and clients with operational tasks, including transactions, account maintenance, DocuSign routing, and new account setup.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
