Stealth Vertical AI Startup in New York, NY seeks a Special Projects Associate to drive high-priority initiatives. You will work closely with senior staff, handling daily operations, onboarding customers, and supporting marketing and internal tooling with a strong emphasis on automation and AI-enabled workflows.

You will grow by owning outcomes, coordinating cross-functionally, and learning new tools quickly across CRM, billing, automation, analytics, and GTM platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as startup, agency, ops, or GTM.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to keep many moving pieces on track.
• AI fluency: daily use of AI tools and quick adoption of new tools (CRM, billing, automation, analytics).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution to keep operations running and identify automation opportunities.
• Support marketing execution, including Google Ads campaigns and conversion-tracking troubleshooting.
• Onboard new customers and ensure accounts are set up correctly.
• Handle email tickets and keep projects moving through coordination and follow-up.
• Build and maintain internal processes and documentation.
• Pull and organize data from product, customer, and GTM sources for review.
• Flag gaps or breakdowns in existing processes to management.
• Coordinate with external partners (designers, vendors, contractors).
• Take on ad hoc administrative tasks to free up senior time.
• Learn new tools quickly and help others adopt them across GTM stack, CRM, billing, automation, analytics.
