About Us
We're building the future of hotel software - an AI-Native Hotel OS that is redefining how hotels operate. We're replacing fragmented, clunky legacy systems and bloated back-office teams with an intelligent, unified platform.
We've already proven strong product-market pull and have a fast-growing customer base across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
We're a seed stage company backed by Tier 1 investors (led by Bessemer Venture Partners), and moving quickly to define a new category in one of the world's largest verticals.
Role Overview
We're hiring a Special Projects Associate to support operations across the company's highest-priority initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, resourceful, eager to learn by doing, and interested in utilizing the latest technology to work efficiently. You'll work closely with senior team members, taking direction on projects and owning the day-to-day execution - helping wherever the highest-priority problem is that week, from GTM execution and customer support to internal tooling, process, and hands-on operations. This role starts execution-heavy and stays close to the details; as you prove you can own outcomes, your scope grows with you. It's a real chance to have an outsized impact early, but responsibility here is earned through the work, not assigned on day one.
What You'll Do
- Own a lot of the day-to-day execution that keeps operations running, done consistently and well, while spotting ways to improve or automate it over time
- Pitch in on marketing execution as needed, including Google Ads campaigns and conversion-tracking (GA4, GTM) troubleshooting; we'll teach you what you don't already know
- Onboard new customers onto the platform, ensuring accounts are set up correctly and issues are resolved quickly
- Answer email tickets and manage inboxes so nothing slips, and keep cross-functional projects moving through coordination, scheduling, and follow-up
- Help build and maintain internal processes and documentation
- Pull and organize data across product, customer, and GTM sources for others to review
- Flag gaps or breakdowns in existing processes to your manager
- Help coordinate with external partners (designers, vendors, contractors) under guidance
- Take on ad hoc tasks and administrative work to free up time for senior team members
- Learn new tools quickly and help others adopt them; you'll work across our GTM stack (Claude Code, Clay, EmailBison, and more), plus CRM, billing, automation, and analytics
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment - startup, agency, ops, or GTM
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to keep many moving pieces on track
- AI-fluent: you use AI tools daily and instinctively reach for them to move faster, and you pick up new tools quickly (CRM, billing, automation, no-code, analytics, etc.)
- A track record of following through on tasks with minimal oversight once given direction
How You Work
- You take extreme ownership: you treat problems as yours to solve and follow through to the outcome
- You over-communicate by default - proactive status updates, blockers flagged early, no surprises
- You take pride in doing any work carefully and consistently, and you don't need constant novelty to stay motivated
- With low ego, no task is too small and you're excited to earn scope over time
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and good at asking for clarification when it's needed
- You're reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, and you learn fast
Nice-to-Have
- Prior internship or role in customer success, digital marketing, sales & ad ops
- Experience supporting process or systems work in a school, club, or work setting
- Hands-on exposure to Google Ads, GA4, or GTM (we'll teach you what you don't already know)
What We Offer
- Competitive salary (range 90k - 105k) and equity
- Beautiful private office in Williamsburg, New York
- Stipend for lunch and fitness, and top-tier medical, dental, and vision insurance
- A front-row seat to building an AI-native vertical SaaS company
- A role with room to grow as you build skills and experience
- Real exposure to top venture-backed startup operation
If the idea of transforming how an entire industry runs, empowering indie hotels to survive and win, and shaping the foundation of a venture-backed startup excites you, we'd love to speak.
This role is five days a week in person in New York City and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
