Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati (JFC) is seeking an Operations Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. You will support the organization’s operational needs and report to the Senior Operations Manager, coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

You will lead process improvements, manage calendars, support grants administration, data systems, donor relations, and collaborate with Development, Finance, Marketing, and Community Building to drive organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Proven ability to create and implement business systems.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project plans, timelines, and resources.
• Design and administer client satisfaction surveys and report results.
• Process grants (Cincy Journeys, Local Allocations) and track data.
• Support data systems, CRM usage, reporting, and data hygiene.
• Collaborate with Development, Finance, Marketing on calendars and metrics.
