Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 5 years’ leadership experience in logistics/distribution/supply chain.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations to meet productivity and service goals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and coordinate with client counterparts.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and Lean initiatives across site.
• Manage annual operating budgets and cost controls.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across the operation.
• Mentor and develop site leadership and staff.
