Job summary

Plenful is seeking a Business Operations Associate to build scalable internal systems and processes. This generalist role focuses on structuring ambiguous problems, collaborating across teams, and turning ideas into practical solutions.

Initial ownership includes IT operations, Notion governance, and leading cross-functional projects from problem definition to implementation. The role reports to the Chief of Staff & VP, Business Operations and will grow with Plenful’s needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Business Operations or related cross-functional roles.
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive work to completion.
• Strong project management and written communication skills.
• Technical fluency and comfort learning workplace tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual, fragmented, or unclear processes and use technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and improve workplace and IT systems, including tool administration and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional operational projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Strengthen knowledge management by improving Notion organization, governance, templates, and content discoverability.
