If you’re excited to help shape the future of healthcare, we’d love to meet you.

About The Role

Plenful is hiring a Business Operations Associate to help build the internal systems and processes that enable our company to scale. This is a generalist role for someone who enjoys structuring ambiguous problems, working across teams, and turning ideas into practical solutions.

  • Improving company knowledge management, including Notion structure, governance, and documentation.
  • Leading high-priority cross‑functional projects from problem definition through implementation.

The role reports to our Chief of Staff & VP, Business Operations and will evolve as Plenful’s needs grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify manual, fragmented, or unclear processes and use technology, automation, and AI to make them more efficient and scalable.
  • Maintain and improve Plenful’s workplace and IT systems, including tool administration, permissions, documentation, and operating processes.
  • Lead cross‑functional operational projects by defining problems, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and implementing durable solutions.
  • Strengthen company knowledge management by improving Notion organization, governance, templates, and content discoverability.
You May Be a Fit If
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, consulting, startup operations, or a similarly cross‑functional role.
  • Strong systems thinking and creative problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and independently drive work to completion.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • Technical fluency and comfort learning and managing workplace tools and systems.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Collaborative, low‑ego approach and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • High‑growth technology experience preferred; healthcare or regulated‑industry experience is a plus.
