Job summary

Quince is seeking an experienced Operations Leader in North Las Vegas to oversee site performance, quality, safety, and customer experience across all departments. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement with Lean and Six Sigma, set and coach performance goals, and manage KPIs, budgets, and the P&L.

You will harness data analytics to identify improvements, optimize reverse logistics, ensure compliance, and develop staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce environments, including at least 2 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record of driving operational performance, process improvement, and team development.
• Experience managing performance metrics, budgets, and P&Ls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, and Excel.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site operations across departments for performance, quality, safety, and customer experience.
• Foster continuous improvement with Lean and Six Sigma, driving process enhancements and quality initiatives.
• Set performance goals for your team, coaching and aligning with company objectives.
• Manage performance KPIs, budgets, and P&Ls; plan continuous improvement for efficiency.
• Use data analytics to identify improvements, track metrics, and implement optimization strategies.
• Leverage data analytics and automation to optimize reverse logistics and returns processing, reducing costs and improving speed.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Oversee staffing: recruitment, training, performance management, and development of team members.
• Cultivate positive employee relations and leadership development across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Facilities to ensure resources for key projects.
• Share best practices with other facilities and HQ to drive consistency and excellence across the network.
• Manage the site’s operational P&L with cost control and budget adherence.
