Qualifications

• Experience in food service management and hospitality operations.
• Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate staff effectively.
• Knowledge of kitchen management practices and inventory control.
• Background in restaurant management and guest services.
• Experience with inventory management, cost controls, and vendor relations.
• Banquet and catering experience desirable.
• Barista or bartending experience a plus.
• Assistant manager experience in related field preferred.
