Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. CPA/MBA or other certification favorable but not required.
• 7–10 years of experience in finance or corporate accounting with at least 3 years in an operations or project-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Partnership: act as a financial business partner to project management and operational leadership on complex initiatives.
• Operational & Project Analysis: provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support profitability and performance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: lead budgeting and forecast processes to align with business goals.
• Performance Monitoring: analyze results, identify trends, and advise leaders on financial actions.
• Data Interpretation: communicate complex financial data to support decision-making.
• Process Improvement: drive improvements in financial processes and tools.
