Job summary

Dandy is transforming the dental industry and building an operating system for dental offices worldwide. We seek an Operations Finance Manager to own the financial picture for manufacturing sites and our lab network, driving cost clarity and opportunities across Operations and Finance leadership.

You’ll work closely with site leads, the 3P Labs team, and senior stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting, variance explanations, and proactive decision support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of finance experience in a physical-product, high-growth environment.
• Partnering with operators and translating operational reality into financial impact.
• Ownership of recurring processes: close, forecast, and reporting cadence.
• Strong financial modeling skills; Excel/Google Sheets; automating spreadsheet work with AI tools.
• Exceptional communication; distill complex analysis for executives.
• Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity; challenge senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing Site Leads; own the finance relationship and budgets.
• Partner with the 3P Labs team; analyze routing costs and real-time trade-offs.
• Run the operations monthly close; lead pre-close and post-close follow-ups.
• Own COGS accuracy; review fixed overhead and third-party lab costs; margin analyses.
• Continuously improve the close process; reduce manual work and tighten timelines.
• Support strategic decisions; build analyses for equipment purchases and insourcing vs outsourcing.
