Dandy is transforming the dental industry and is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to partner with manufacturing site leads and the 3P Labs team. You’ll own the financial picture for sites and labs, driving cost analysis and decision support across the manufacturing network.

You will lead the monthly close, validate COGS accuracy, and build analyses for equipment, footprint decisions, and insource vs. outsource options, contributing to high-ownership leadership across Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of finance experience in a physical-product business in high growth environment
• Demonstrated success partnering with operators and translating operational reality to financial impact
• Strong ownership of recurring processes: close, forecast, reporting cadence
• Excellent modeling skills; Excel/Google Sheets and automation with AI tools
• Exceptional communication to distill complex analysis for executives
• Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity, ability to push for the right answer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing Site Leads and 3P Labs team; own budget, variances, and decision support
• Run monthly close; align with Cost Accounting; drive timely follow-ups and explain variances
• Own accuracy of manufacturing COGS; review fixed overhead costs and third-party lab costs
• Perform margin analyses on gold/precious metals to support markup targets
• Continuously improve the close process to reduce manual work and speed
• Support strategic decisions with analyses on equipment purchases and insource vs outsource
