You will run both operations and finance, starting hands-on and scaling teams, shaping HR policies, IT security, payroll, budgeting, and onboarding while guiding growth through acquisitions.

You will partner with executive leadership to implement scalable processes, ensure HIPAA compliance, and manage multi-state payroll and financial reporting as the company

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years leading operations and finance in healthcare, ideally in large physician groups.
• Hands-on experience with GL, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and payroll.
• Experience with onboarding, HR, IT, and acquisitions integration.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (or equivalent).

Aufgaben

• Assess HR, IT, and operational processes and develop plans to scale them.
• Build and standardize HR policies, employee handbook, provider compensation, benefits, 401(k), and payroll.
• Oversee IT priorities including security, HIPAA compliance, and EMR adoption.
• Run client onboarding from signed contract through go-live, coordinating credentialing and IT.
• Lead business integration for acquisitions into Chestnut’s training, HR, and credentialing processes.
• Manage vendors and contracts; support compliance and risk management.
• Manage general ledger, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll; oversee multi-state payroll.
• Provide leadership with financial insight and recommendations to guide growth decisions.
