Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to partner with the Head of FP&A and the Finance Team. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, ERP data analyses, and cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

You will build dashboards, analyze sales and operations data, and assist in capital expenditure ROI analyses, while supporting monthly closing and financial reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial analytics or accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data modeling, dashboards and analysis.
• Solid understanding of ERP/CRM systems and cost accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget process with modeling and cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to monthly closing including P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flows; explain variances.
• Develop Monthly Management Performance Review reports with graphs and commentary.
• Create KPI reports and dashboards for finance, ops, HR, and performance indicators.
• Model CAPEX ROI; support approval tracking and feasibility reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales on customer performance, pricing, and feasibility analyses.
• Reconcile ERP data to produce meaningful reports and dashboards.
• Assist with auditing tasks and reporting for lenders/investors.
