Qualifications

• Willingness to travel and pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly and monthly lease, contract maintenance, and billing; support profitability.
• Complete Fleet Service tasks such as licensing and permitting.
• Track asset vendor support not related to maintenance.
• Perform process analyses using QlikView and AS400 for improvements.
• Maintain personnel files and assist payroll/new hires.
