Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 3 years field experience in construction health and safety.
• Experience applying safety policies and regulatory requirements (OSHA/HIOSH).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide field safety guidance during planning and execution of field projects.
• Instruct employees on safe work practices and correct hazards.
• Conduct field inspections, audits, and incident investigations statewide.
• Prepare job hazard analyses for work plans and field projects.
• Document safety compliance and track corrective actions.
• Lead safety investigations and assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety communications and training to employees and contractors.
• Mentor field crews to ensure consistent safety practices across locations.
