Job summary

Claros Technologies Inc. in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee facilities operations across our lab, warehouse, and office spaces.

You will own day-to-day site operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory coordination while supporting the startup’s infrastructure and growth. Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, vendor management, space planning, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in facilities/operations.
• 4–7+ years in facilities, warehouse or operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations, shipping and receiving, and inventory coordination.
• Maintain lab, warehouse, and office spaces; manage maintenance and vendors.
• Lead shipping/receiving processes and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Travel between local Twin Cities sites to support operations.
• Support EHS policies and safety procedures.
