Job summary

Claros Technologies, a Minnesota-based deep-tech startup, is seeking a Facilities and Logistics Manager to keep labs, warehouses, and offices safe, efficient, and well-maintained. You will own facility operations, shipping and receiving, and inventory coordination, support EHS programs, and partner with lab and engineering teams to enable scaling as Claros grows.

This on-site role requires 4–7+ years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in facilities, warehouse, or operations roles.
• Lab, manufacturing, or startup experience preferred.
• Hands-on shipping/receiving, inventory, and facility maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment or willingness to be trained.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices (EHS experience a plus)

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations across lab, warehouse, and office.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination.
• Coordinate with lab and engineering teams to support workflows.
• Support EHS policies and safety training.
