Claros Technologies Inc. is seeking a Facilities and Warehouse Manager to ensure safe, efficient operations across the lab, warehouse, and office spaces in Minneapolis. You will own facility operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination while supporting the startup’s infrastructure needs.

The role also provides support for EHS programs, helping maintain a strong safety culture and compliance as the company scales, with travel to local Twin Cities sites as required.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of facilities, warehouse, or operations experience.
• Lab, manufacturing, or startup environment experience preferred.
• Hands-on shipping/receiving, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
• Basic workplace safety practices; EHS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and site operations, including maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Lead shipping/receiving, inventory control, and equipment upkeep.
• Support space planning and growth as the company scales.
• Assist with EHS policies, safety training, and audits.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to enable daily workflows.
• Travel between Twin Cities sites as needed.
