Chizuk Amuno Congregation & Schools & Camps in Baltimore, MD seeks an Operations Team Lead to manage facilities staff, oversee event setup and breakdown, and ensure safety and cleanliness across spaces. You will handle inventory, coordinate with vendors, enforce health and safety standards, and help grow an operations manual while guiding a team to deliver high-quality events.

This role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on teamwork

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years related facilities experience required.
• Computer proficiency required (basic software, email, etc.).
• Preferred: 3–5 years hands-on facilities management experience.
• Experience with event software Mazevo is a plus.

Mansioni

• Cleaning and upkeep of facilities and restrooms; manage trash and recycling.
• Set up and breakdown of facilities for events per floor plans.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed.
• Protect facility assets and report hazards immediately.
• Maintain inventories for janitorial and restroom supplies.
